UPI transactions cannot be cancelled once initiated. If the user enters an incorrect UPI ID, VPA, or mobile number, Secure EMI is not liable for the transaction. Since UPI transactions are real-time, any delays should be addressed directly with the respective bank or payment provider. In case of technical issues, users may contact Secure EMI's support team at support@secureemi.com after a 30-minute waiting period.
Once an EMI payment or auto-debit transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Users must ensure sufficient balance and accurate payment details before initiating a transaction. If there are unauthorized debits or disputes, users should report the issue to their bank and contact our support team at support@secureemi.com or +91-7986067549 for assistance.
For issues related to payments made via debit or credit cards, users must report concerns via email at support@secureemi.com or call +91-7986067549 Our support team will try to assist based on our internal dispute resolution framework and coordinate with the respective payment gateway or bank.
